Philly's band of brothers, ZELAZOWA released their third full length album "Love is Lunacy" in April.
In celebration of five years since the release of Polymorph a 4 song EP recorded with Grammy-winning producer John Seymour, they have offered the four songs for free download, get em while you can. And give them a 'like' on Facebook, they aren't stopping with these four.
These four Philly guys have preformed in 48 states and 16 countries without record label support or corporate sponsorship. With that experience they took Independent to a new level, in 2008 they launched the best Independent artist resource in the world, Indie on the move a 100% free music venue database and tour booking resource.
The new album is culmination of their road wisdom, experience and maturity as a band, the songs are crisp and melodic and have that quality of technical perfection that has marked all of their albums. The highlight of the album for me is the harmonic "Junkie Got Soul" it has the sound of a homage to the great Philly Do-Wop artists of the 50's and early 60's,

Cupla started as a two man
project by identical twins Bill & Bob McAloney hence the name " Cupla "
which is Irish for twins. They soon realized they needed a voice to reach to the
fans , they found this voice close to home in Tricia McAloney. They
recently added Ken Li from another band and connected right away having the same
influences in music as the other 3 and has now taken the " Lead " guitar
position! Finally our newest addition and the thunder behind the band Travis

The Sheepdogs
Saskatoon’s The Sheepdogs Good Ol' Fashioned Rock and Roll. Ewan Currie -
Guitar and Vocals, Leot Hanson - Guitar, Ryan Gullen - Bass and Backing Vocals,
Sam Corbett-Drums and Backing Vocals.
Their latest album, Learn & Burn, available on iTunes ranges
from ferocious rockers to southern boogie and grooving psychedelia. Big guitars,
stacked harmonies, vintage organ and piano skillfully colour each of the album's
15 tracks, proving that these boys are as dedicated to the craft of songwriting
and album making as they are to playing a dynamite live show. The Sheepdogs are
an old-school rock and roll revival.
Montreal twosome Zak Izbinsky on Geetar and Vocals and Robert Nicolo on Drums must of went to the Delta and brought dirt sweat and tears back with them. They make some great blues, fuzz tinged growling music that goes straight to the mojo of yer soul. Looking forward to more of this.

The Deli NYC – Meijin Bruttomesso, May 25, 2011 “The Courtesy
Tier, Brooklyn-based duo and experts in the multiplication of sound, have
completed their full length record, “The Resolution.” Sauntering beats and
freewheeling vocal/guitar melodies of “Standing Near” introduce the bight but
haunting nature of the album. A rush of distortion, recurring arpeggios, and
syncopated percussion on “Rescue” transition into “Peaches” which steers “The
Resolution” into a harder direction, while “Alright Mama” decelerates the record
into a beautifully crafted, poignant lullaby. Light drums proceed into guitars
that alternate between ringing and grungy on “Morning Run”. “Hey Bee” commences
with vibrant vocals that are joined unexpectedly by sultry riffs and
heavy-hitting backbeats. Howling and echoing “Calling Out” fades into the final
track, “Home,” which rounds out the record, returning to the peacefully
melancholy mood. “The Resolution” is a masterfully made album that balances
bluesy, balladic, and buoyant.

Root Glen
Root Glen is a New Jersey based alternative rock band specializing in upbeat, funk-tinged rock songs, and life-sized bear costumes. The band is composed of guitarist Ross Griswold, drummer Eric Blank, singer/guitarist David Moroney, bassist Andres Gonzalez, and dancing bear Glen Root.
In June, they put out their
first official EP ‘Summer’, and In Oct. they released ‘Fall’ both available for
download at Name your Price. ‘Winter’ is scheduled to be released very soon for
their series of 4 seasonally-themed releases. Root Glen is based in New
Brunswick, NJ and performs entirely original material written by the whole
band.
