Orange County’s Jeramiah Red just released their Sophomore EP ‘The Winter Tick’ it finds the lads flexing their rock and roll muscles, hard earned muscles from countless live shows, their debut EP 'Ghost Tracks from the Getty', kicked up the dust in the local scene, and earned Jeramiah Red awards in the categories of “Best New Artist,” and “Best Blues” at the 2012 Orange County Music Awards, and “Best Rock” at the 2013 ceremony. Their debut single, “My Baby,” currently plays at the Honda Center every time the Anaheim Ducks win a game.  

As they say ‘They’re on a roll’ opting to release EP’s instead of what would be the logical next step an LP, their approach is to keep the music coming, fast and furious and that’s what this release is fast, furious, straight-up in your face rock and roll.  Whiskey drenched audacious vocals , bloody fingered howlin’ guitar riffs and bodacious beats it screams Turn it the fuck up! The buzz on the street is you’ve got to see this band live.

OC Music Awards 2012 best new artist winners Jeramiah Red. The band was also nominated for best song (for “Can’t Help Myself)” best blues, best country/Americana and best rock.

“All the different genres, from Americana to blues to rock, we got in all of those,” Cullen says, scratching his head. “Maybe we really are all three of those? From now on when people ask us what we sound like, we’re going to say ‘blues, rock, Americana.’”
